Cocktail Party or Wedding – Heavy Hors d’ oeuvres or Stations

This style of service allows for maximum mingling and guest interaction.  It is fun, entertaining , and delicious.  When you choose stations or heavy hors d’ oeuvres , you may choose as many stations as you wish.  Prices for stations vary depending on the number of ststions chosen and the number of guests being served.

Possible Stations include, but not limited to:

Carving Station – $14.00 per person – plus carver $100

Marinated Beef Tenderloin and Cajun Roast Pork Loin carved tableside, served with  Mango Chutney, Fig and Garlic Glaze, Horseradish Sauce and Artisan Rolls. Substitute top round for tenderloin $9


Pasta – $7 per person

Bowtie Pasta with sautéed vegetables and a choice of sauces.


Cake station – depends on cakes chosen, plus $100 chef

Crab cakes with Lemon Caper Sauce – $9

Shrimp and Potato Cakes With a Garlic Mustard Cream Sauce – $8

Black Bean Cake with a Tomato Coulis – $7

Zucchini Cake with Roasted Tomato Sauce – $7

Potato Cakes with Sour Cream or Spiced Apples – $7


Salad Station –  Choose 2 – $5 per person

Classic Caesar Salad

Chopped Salad with Iceberg, blue cheese dressing, tomatoes, bacon bits, purple onions

Fresh Greens with apple chunks, purple onion, blue cheese crumbles and balsamic dressing

Greek Pasta Salad with cured meats, olives and Greek dressing


Mashed Potato Bar – $7per person

Creamy, buttery Whipped potatoes served with the following:  Cheddar Cheese, Sour Cream, Sautéed Mushrooms and onions, White Pepper Gravy


Grits Bar – $7 Per person

Creamy Course Ground Local Grits served piping hot with the following toppings: Diced Tomatoes, Bacon Bits, Sautéed Peppers and onions


Taco Station – $8 per person, plus $100 Chef

Traditional Mexican Style Tacos, soft corn or flour tortillas, seasoned roasted beef or shredded chicken, diced onions and cilantro topped with sour cream, tomatillo salsa and chipotle cream sauce


Sliders – $8 per person

Wagyu Beef Sliders with Tomato Chutney, Maytag Bleu Crumbles or pickled Onions served on an artisan made roll


Shrimp and Grits – $ 9 per person  substitute chicken $7 per person

A delicious and savory treat.  Just enough heat to peak your attention paired with sautéed peppers, onions and fresh Carolina Shrimp over grits!  It doesn’t get any better!


Smoked Fish and Things – $13 per person

Warm Smoked Salmon with accoutrements, Smoked Mullet Dip, Smoked Oysters and Bloody Mary Shrimp served with crackers, hot sauce and bread rounds.


Comfort Food – $9 per person

Individual Portions of White Truffle Oil Mac and Cheese and Buttermilk Battered Fried Chicken Tenders served with a White Pepper Gravy.


Veggie Station – $2.00 per person

Seasonal local Vegetables lightly roasted, artfully arranged and lightly drizzled with balsamic reduction.


Fruit and Cheese – $4 per person

Seasonal fresh fruit paired with a selection of local artisan hard and soft cheeses, bread and crackers.


Cold Dips all paired with crackers, bread rounds or chips – $2.00 each for (1) choose 2 or more $1.75 each per person
